Local Delivery (South Africa)

We offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa, working with trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Standard delivery: 2–3 business days Remote areas: up to 5 business days

International Delivery

At this stage, we do not offer direct international shipping or export services.

For smaller packages, we are able to send via DHL. For larger exports, we are happy to recommend trusted logistics providers that many of our wholesale partners work with.

Delivery Details

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly outlined in your final quote and invoice prior to dispatch.

Collection Option: You are welcome to arrange your own collection from our studio/shop in Kalk Bay. We're happy to coordinate with your preferred courier to ensure a smooth and seamless handover.

Lead Times

As all our pieces are handmade, lead times may vary depending on:

The size of your order The volume of beaded pieces included The time of year and overall production demand

We will always communicate your estimated lead time upfront, in line with our production schedule, and keep you updated along the way.

Returns & Repairs

We take great care in creating each piece and stand behind the quality of our work.

As our products are handmade, slight variations and imperfections are part of their unique character and charm.

If you receive a damaged item, a faulty piece, or require assistance with repairs (especially beaded items), please get in touch with us — we are always happy to assist and will replace damaged items where needed.

Consignment Policy

We do not offer our products on consignment.

With over 15 years of wholesale experience, we have confidence in how our collections perform across a variety of retail spaces.
