- If you are a first time customer, we would love to create your first collection (with suggested merchandising props) with you based on the pieces and customer base/style of space you are selling SOUL in. We will chat more to you on email about this.
- Top-Up orders can be of any value.

We understand Retail
We have our own shop in the heart of Kalk Bay, Cape Town. It caters for a local Cape Townian market as well as a strong tourist market so we have direct understanding of both markets.
We are constantly analysing what sells well and we use this data when guiding you on selling SOUL in your own retail space.
Our pieces hold our values
It's important to us who creates our designs and we believe that is important in the World today.
- We have a team of 7 strong women, mainly single mothers with humble backgrounds, who make up our Cape Town studio team.
- We travel to see all our artisans in Kenya and afar at least a few times a year to strengthen and build our relationships. We have been working with the same teams since the brand started 14 years ago.
We care about the materials we use
We always source within Africa.
As much as possible we work with materials that are either from the earth, recyclable or natural.
- We work with recycled brass.
- We design with cowbone and cowhorn; both by-products of the existing meat industry.
- We buy beads that are handmade from African traders.
