How to Care for your SOUL pieces
Cleaning your SOUL collection on display + educating your customers on how to care for their pieces.
SOUL pieces are made from 100% recycled brass. Brass can tarnish and so it's important to take care of your collection to keep it looking shiny and beautiful - which also means more sales! And also to advise your customers on how they also can care for their pieces.
Here's how...
The Conventional Way
Brass polish is best for a more intense clean, you can use a brass polish (found at most large supermarkets) and a soft cloth.
Gently rub the brass polish onto the piece using the cloth so it leaves a film and then using a cleaner side of the cloth buff off the polish to leave a lovely brass shine again. We recommend cleaning your collection that is on display every other week.
The Natural Way
Brass pieces can be cleaned with a squeeze of lemon juice; gently wipe all around the piece with the juice using your fingers and then wash off with water.
This is a great suggestion to your customers for cleaning their pieces at home.
How to care for your gold plated chains
SOUL chains are made from sterling silver that have been double gold plated in Italian gold. Please advise your customers to remove them for swimming and showering to prolong the plating.
They can also gently clean the chains by soaking them for 10mins in warm water with a few drops of washing-up liquid.
